Transition arrangements allow for codes of practice approved under the Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994 to continue being in effect as if approved by the Minister under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020.
This code of practice is to be used in the compilation of a mine plan for each mining operation. The mine plan is defined in this code of practice as the set of plans, cross sections and longitudinal sections showing the entire workings of a mining or quarrying operation.
