Robust conversations for improving psychosocial safety in the mining industry
The workshop series offers participants a chance to examine the nuances of psychosocial safety in the mining industry in Western Australia.
Hosted by Dr Dean Laplonge, the workshops will explore:
- men's experiences of sexual harassment
- psychosocial safety for LGBTQI+ workers
- the significance of cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workers
