This issue focuses on WA’s work health and safety (WHS) laws which came into effect on 31 March 2022. The WorkSafe Commissioner opens the edition outlining what the regulatory approach will be for the first 12 months of the WHS laws. In addition, there is a focus on what industry can do to prevent and manage workplace gendered violence, plus key changes to licensing under WHS.
